determination to help others grow is unwavering. He currently serves as the lead coordinator for
CPO Heritage Week and CPO Pride Day Jacksonville, which recently celebrated its 11th year
anniversary of honoring Navy Chief Petty Officer heritage and traditions. This led him to
become the co-founder of the up-and-coming Anchored Leadership Foundation, a nonprofit
organization dedicated to leadership development, transition support, and financial
empowerment for active-duty service members and veterans in Northeast Florida. Through this
foundation, Jaime and his team also raise and donate funds to veteran-serving nonprofits both
