Mr. Jaime Quiñones is a distinguished U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer (Retired), entrepreneur, and community leader dedicated to service, leadership, and creative innovation. Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, and raised in both Puerto Rico and Northeast Florida as a military child, Jaime began his own 24-year naval career in 1993 and retired honorably in 2017.
During his decorated military service, he deployed eight times across five campaigns and served aboard numerous commands including USS Saratoga (CV 60), USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75), USS Gettysburg (CG 64), ATG Mayport, and USS America (LHA 6). Chief Quiñones earned multiple warfare qualifications (Surface, Aviation, and Information Warfare), more than 18 personal and unit awards, including four Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals, and distinction as the Commander, Navy Region Southeast Sailor of the Year. He also earned certifications as a Non-Lethal Weapons Instructor, Afloat Training Specialist, and Master Training Specialist, as well as Homeland Security/FEMA Levels I–V from the American Board for Certification in Homeland Security. His professionalism and technical expertise led to his selection to help develop the Surface Forces Readiness Manual, which remains the fleet’s standard for Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (ATFP) training and certification today.
A lifelong artist and designer, Jaime began his creative journey at age 14, freelancing artwork for 17th Street Surf Shop and Wave Riding Vehicles (WRV) in Virginia Beach, Virginia. In 2002, while stationed in Norfolk, Virginia, he founded C & Q Graphic Designs, LLC, which later evolved into Eccentriq Development Solutions, LLC, the parent company of Defined Branding Co. and Command Emblematic Sales. Today, his companies specialize in branding, graphic design, web development, and product manufacturing for military organizations, nonprofits, and businesses worldwide. They are widely recognized for producing high-quality emblematic items such as apparel, challenge coins, and custom branding materials.
An accomplished event coordinator and advocate for veteran entrepreneurship, Jaime is dedicated to helping others succeed. He currently serves as the lead coordinator for CPO Heritage Week and CPO Pride Day Jacksonville, which recently celebrated its 11th anniversary honoring Navy Chief Petty Officer heritage and traditions. This work led him to become the co-founder of the Anchored Leadership Foundation, an emerging nonprofit dedicated to leadership development, transition support, and financial empowerment for active-duty service members and veterans in Northeast Florida. Through this foundation, Jaime and his team also raise and donate funds to veteran-serving nonprofits locally and nationally, continuing his legacy of service beyond his military career.
A proud family man of faith and servant leader, Jaime continues his lifelong commitment to mentorship and community engagement. He resides in Fleming Island, Florida, with his wife Michelle and their son Sebastián. He is also a proud father and grandfather to his children Daniel, Angelita, and Mayra, and grandchildren Kaleb, Greyson, Braden, and Olive.
